This post is about drawing hair. AMAZING hair.

This first part is a video of an artist I admire for the amazing character designs, and use and control of textured line in photoshop.  She recently introduced me to a free set of photoshop brushes that perfectly emulate using a pencil (Free Photoshop Brushes: Stumpy Pencil). I'm sure the brushes she uses in the video is probably the same.

This next part is a general tutorial, that delves into hair in depth. Very useful! (I think she made this tutorial partly because of me. ^_^ )  This tutorial also is a GREAT example of going from greyscale to color. I have recommended it to MANY artists. Omar Dogan Coloring Tutorial

This tutorial is one that I referred to often, and also one that I have recommended to MANY fellow artists in the past. VERY useful.  The artist is Omar Dogan.
